You’re moving to Ottawa. Here is what we will do:

  • Contact you by phone to establish your needs and criteria for your new home.
  • Send you information on our real estate market, schools, recreation facilities, public transit and any other information that you will need to familiarize yourself with Ottawa.
  • Help you with logistics ie. hotel and car rental for your House Hunting Trip (HHT).
  • Dedicate ourselves to you during your HHT (We understand HHT are short, require focus and quick decisions).
  • Provide you with a list of Trusted Professionals: Lawyer, Mortgage Broker, Home Inspector, etc.
  • Submit reports to Brookfield GRS as required to ensure compliance.
 
Our service and commitment to you doesn't end on closing. We will work hard on becoming your main point of contact; providing you with a network of established and trusted professionals.  We will also be sending you newsletter identifying market trends and providing you with tips and tricks.

You’re moving out of Ottawa. Here is what we will do:
  • Contact and interview a REALTOR in the city you’re moving to. One that will also provide outstanding service.
  • Conduct, free of charge, a comparative market analysis to establish an opinion of value of your current home.
  • List your home and market it using my recognized marketing plan.
  • Provide you support with a complete list of trusted professionals.
  • Negotiate for you the best deal possible while maintaining a close line of communication.
  • Complete the necessary paperwork and forward it to your lawyer and banker.
  • Submit reports as required to Brookfield GRS to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain contact with you through our regular newsletters.
